Michelle L. Watkins, B.S.N., R.N., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the Nursing field. Watkins’ professional title is R.N. Nurse Manager at Saratoga County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, PLLC (SCOMSA), which specializes in healthcare. She has utilized her expertise in management, leadership and communication skills over the past 10 years in her current position, and brings 18 years of field experience to her role. According to SCOMSA’s website, “has applied expertise and experience to the management of five practice locations and a staffing mix including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and clerical staff.”

Additionally, “she possesses analytical, organizational, time management, nurse advocacy and communication skills” and “assesses needs and develops and implements plans to maximize the delivery of quality patient care.” “The goal of our oral surgery practice is to provide complete satisfaction to our patients and to our referring professional colleagues,” SCOMSA’s website states of its mission. “Also, we pledge to continue to remain responsive and accountable while serving the needs of our patients and their referring doctors.”

She then went on to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Empire State College. Outside of work, Watkins devotes her time to community and local involvement.
