Phuong Ly-Gallagher is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Insurance as a result of her role as Vice President, Data Consultant/Unit Manager with Lockton Companies. Founded in 1966 by Jack Lockton, Lockton Companies has grown to expand from a one-man business to a team of associates across the globe. Lockton is currently the world’s largest privately owned insurance brokerage firm. In her role as Vice President, Data Consultant, Gallagher is responsible for bridging the gap between technology and insurance.

 Her areas of expertise include data and reporting management, claims and benefits and risk management. A member of the National Association of Professional Women and Women in Leadership-Lockton, Gallagher enjoys performing and volunteer work in her free time. With that being said, she is charitable towards organizations such as Relay for Life, “COTS” Committee of the Shelterless and various colorectal cancer non-profits. (The Colon Club and TheWunderGlo Foundation) Reflecting on her collegiate career, Gallagher earned her Bachelor of Science in Music Performance from California State University at Los Angeles.
