Additionally, Wise is a private mediator, and has extensive trial experience in the court of Queen’s Bench Provincial Court and the Court of Appeal.

Throughout the course of his education and training, Wise earned his Juris Doctor, as well as his LL.B. degree from the University of Alberta in 1986. To further his professional development, he was Co-Chair the Alberta Law Conference two times, the Past Chair for Law Day in Alberta and the Past President of the Canadian Bar Association, Alberta Chapter – which he still maintains membership to.
