T. Brooke Farnsworth

 

T. Brooke Farnsworth is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the Legal field. Farnsworth’s professional title is Attorney at the firm of Farnsworth and vonBerg, which specializes in legal services. He has served the firm for the past 20 years and brings over 40 years of field experience, as well as expertise in the areas of business litigation and transactional law, entity formation and governance, oil, gas and energy litigation and public speaking, to his role. Outside of his work in practice, Farnsworth is the author of “Recent Developments in Take-or-Pay Litigation,” which was published in the National Resources Law Newsletter, Volume 20, Section of Natural Resources, Energy and Development Law of the American Bar Association; and “Recent Developments Under RICO,” which was published in the Commercial Litigation Section of the American Trial Lawyers of America.

Farnsworth earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University. He then went on to complete his Juris Doctor from Indiana University – Indianapolis Law School McKinney School of Law. To further his professional development, Farnsworth is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and SBT. In addition to his work in practice, Farnsworth is the author of a number of published works in the legal field, including: “Recent Developments in Take-or-Pay Litigation” for the Natural Resources Law Newsletter, Vol. 20, Section of Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law of the American Bar Association, and “Recent Developments Under RICO,” which was published in the Commercial Litigation Newsletter of the Commercial Litigation Section of Trial Lawyers of America.

In recognition of his outstanding accomplishments in the field, Farnsworth was named as an AV-Preeminent Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell®, was also named to Who’s Who in American Law in 1985, to Who’s Who in the World in 1987 and to Who’s Who in America in 2002.
