Jennifer K. Pearson has over fifteen years of experience in healthcare and technology industries, developing new products, devising productive plans for complex projects, and coordinating crossfunctional teams, and currently focuses her attention on healthcare and cross-functional leadership, program management, continuous improvement, product development, and more. She is PMP (Project Management Professional) certified, and is a member of the Autism Society of Phoenix. Throughout the course of her education, Pearson earned both her MBA in Supply Chain Management and Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Brigham Young University
. Additionally, she is also a Certified Project Management Professional, and she has been professionally recognized as VIP Woman of the Year in 2013/14 by the National Association of Professional Women. In addition, she has been married for twenty four years and has two children; one of her children, Adrian, is the first frozen egg fertility success on the west coast, in which Pearson has written and been interviewed about. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, going to the movies, dining out, crocheting, sewing, collecting gemstones, and ballroom dancing. Although she has had a fulfilling career in business, Pearson now spends much of her time volunteering and working as a round-the-clock caretaker for her husband, who has had a spell of bad health in recent years and is now suffering with heart problems. In order to prepare for this role, Pearson obtained a certification to be a full time LVAD (heart pump) Patient Caregiver, including operation of all equipment and working jointly with medical teams in preparation for emergency situations.
However, her role as a Caretaker and Stay-at-Home Mother hasn’t deterred Pearson’s drive regarding her work and career.
