Heidi Hartman is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the field of Consulting. In her current role, Hartman is the President and CEO of Luna Sol Consulting. Luna Sol’s goal as a company is, “Building better teams, leaders, and businesses from the inside out.” The company offers services for business development such as; Cultural Development, Leadership, Executive Coaching, and Consulting, as well as a leadership training program called LEAP (Leader Entry Assimilation Process). With over 20 years of career experience in the human resources and organization development field, Hartman’s professional areas of expertise include; Organizational Development, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Coaching, Employee Relations, Change Management, Communication, EEOC claims, Career Transition/Outplacement Services, and Teambuilding. Some industries that she has worked in are; oil and gas, retail, architecture, insurance, engineering, and nonprofit organizations, just to name a few.
