Gary C. Granoff

Gary C. Granoff, Esq., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in recognition of his contributions to the Legal field. Granoff serves as an Attorney in his own practice, Gary C. Granoff, PLLC. He brings over 40 years of industry experience, as well as expertise in the areas of real estate law and secured transactions, to his role. In his practice, Granoff serves as Of Counsel to another practice he is a part of — the practice of Granoff, Walker & Forlenza, P.C. “I formed my own Professional Limited Liability Company to practice law for and with my direct clients,” Granoff said. “In this law practice I am representing clients on all of their business and commercial needs including contract preparation and review, real estate transactional needs, including purchases and sales of commercial and residential properties, and commercial and residential leases for both Landlords and Tenants.” In addition, Granoff’s practice offers “preparing private placement memorandums for private equity placements and appropriate filings for Blue Sky compliance and Reg D SEC filings for private placement transactions.” In addition to his work in the legal field, Granoff is a licensed real estate broker. He began his law career in 1973 with the firm of Dreyer and Traub, which is formerly one of the largest real estate law firms in New York City. He also serves as a Village Justice of the Village Justice Court of Kings Point, New York. “This is a part time unpaid position to help serve my local community,” Granoff said. “The Court meets several evenings each month. The court primarily adjudicates traffic infractions of the Vehicle and Traffic Code, and violations of the Village Code.” Granoff earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the George Washington University. He then went on to complete his Juris Doctor, with honors also from the George Washington University. When not working, Granoff serves as an Emeritus Trustee of the George Washington University after serving on the Board of Trustees for twelve years, and he served on the GWU Law School Board of Advisors for over 15 years. He also has served as a Trustee of the Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation in a variety of roles, and presently is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
