Thomas J. Nolan

Thomas J. Nolan is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in recognition of his contributions to the Legal field. Nolan serves as an Attorney and Partner at the firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, which specializes in a variety of legal services for its clients. Prior to joining the firm, Nolan served as a former federal prosecutor and served as Chief of Fraud and Special Prosecutions in the Los Angeles United States Attorney’s Office. He has represented both corporate plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including: class actions; a wide variety of contract disputes (including a three-month jury trial against 63 insurance carriers); unfair business practices; consumer fraud; and antitrust and intellectual property issues. Nolan earned his Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University, and then went on to complete his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. To further his professional development, he is a member of the American Bar Association, and is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers as well as the Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has also served as a lawyer representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference.
