Dr. Myron Arlen

Dr. Myron Arlen is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Medicine. Dr. Arlen is a Cancer Specialist with North Shore Surgical Oncology.

Dr. Arlen was trained as a cancer surgeon at Memorial Sloan-Kettering where he remained on staff for 20 years. In this role he was involved in the surgery of advanced cancer problems and the immunotherapeutic approaches to managing the patients. Throughout his career, Dr. Arlen has not only worked hands on with patients, but has also published two major textbooks and over 80 journal articles related to cancer treatment.

Additionally, Dr. Arlen is a member of the American Medical Association; American Cancer Society; American College of Surgeons; New York Academy of Science; New York Cancer Society; James Ewing Society-Society of Surgical Oncology; Society of Head and Neck Surgeons; American Society of Clinical Oncology; New York Gynecologic Society; Metropolitan New York Breast Cancer Group; as well as the New York Society of Head and Neck Surgeons.

Dr. Arlen earned his Medical Degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical  Degree residency at Jewish Hospital of Brooklyn.
