Dr. Sriramasundararajan Rajagopalan

Dr. Sriramasundararajan RajagopalanPh.D., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSP, CSPO, CSM is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Project Management and Agile Project Management with exposure in multiple industries, such as Information Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, Professional Services, and Education.

Dr. Rajagopalan is a PMO Director, Operations with Physicians Interactive. In his current role,  Dr. Rajagopalan has managed and manages client accounts and numerous projects. Besides, he also specializes in the areas of establishing processes related to setting up an effective Program Management

Office (PMO) acting as a Management Consultant. His experience involves managing complex multi-channel integrated campaigns in Pharmaceutical Marketing, infrastructure projects, IT platform and software development projects, product initiatives, billing automation or finance reconciliation projects,

Sarbanes-Oxley financial and internal controls, and projects in the professional services delivering  inbound, outbound, and integrated notifications in  retail healthcare, financial services, airline, insurance, and other industries with some notifications in  multiple written and spoken Asian languages.

Dr. Rajagopalan earned his Ph.D. in Business  Management with a focus Organizational Project Leadership from Capella University and also holds an MBA in Management from Concordia University.

Dr. Rajagopalan also attended Wayne State University where he received an MS in Computer Engineering. Additionally, he earned a BE in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras.  Furthermore, Dr. Rajagopalan is certified in Information Technology as part of the course in  Biomedical Engineering through the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.

Dr. Rajagopalan also has extensive facilitation  experience. In the United States, he has taught in University of Phoenix, University of Riverside, Cardinal Stritch University, Strayer University, Joliet Junior College, and International Academy of Design and Technology on numerous IT and Management  subjects. He has also facilitated in Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, Dr. M.G.R. Engineering  College, and Thai Moogambigai Polytechnic in India. His corporate training initiatives during his employment include authoring and delivering diversity training on doing business with India and training on project management tools and processes.  Dr. Rajagopalan believes in a symbiotic relationship between theory and practice promoting an action oriented scholar-practitioner model. Therefore, he also holds several professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), IT  Project+, Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). As a thought leader, he has presented his findings in the Symposiums, serves as a blind  reviewer for scholarly journals, and has blogs on  agilesriram.blogspot.com. He also acts as coach to a team of young school children on their First Lego League’s (FLL) projects practicing and preaching  on servant leadership and agile theories. Developing on his TONE Leadership training model from his action research in the fields of emotional  intelligence, leadership, project management, and virtual teams, Dr. Rajagopalan has supported in  establishing a small business, Agile Training Champions (www.agiletrainingchampions.com), where he delivers training and participate in research and management consulting. In addition, he also plans to invest time in expanding his project and program management skills and to work in the role as a scholar practitioner writing books on the project leadership principles.
