Susan E. Lackey-Mello

Susan E. Lackey-Mello is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Telecommunications as a result of her role as a National Operations Manager with Verizon Global Wholesale. Verizon Global Wholesale offers innovative solutions and world class service on a state-of-the-art network. The company is focused on helping telecommunications service providers grow locally and globally. In her current position with Verizon, Susan specializes in Project Planning and Implementation; Call Center Operations; Technical Training; Sales Support; and Operations Management. In addition to her role as a National Operations Manager, Susan is a member of the Women's Association of Verizon Employees (WAVE), and also serves as the Vice President of the New England Chapter and Comptroller of WAVE Worldwide. Susan is an honored member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), where she was named as a VIP Member and 2012 Woman of the Year. Throughout her educational career, Susan earned her JD from Roger Williams School of Law, and also holds a Master of Science Degree in Training and Education from Lesley University.
