Annete Herman, CRIS, CIC, CRM, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Insurance as the Director of Operations at Aviva Consulting Insurance Services, PLLC.
For the last three years, Ms. Herman has served at Aviva Consulting Insurance Services where she specializes in commercial insurance. As an insurance and risk management consulting firm, they provide comprehensive risk analysis and placement for organizations and high net worth individuals throughout the United States.
Leading an impressive career in risk management and insurance for twenty years, Ms. Herman is an expert at property and casualty insurance consulting. In 2008, she started her own agency and began furthering her career with continuing education. Within two years, she turned her company into a profitable business. She deems her services as, “Commercial Insurance with a Personal Touch.”
An academic scholar, Ms. Herman attended the University of Florida for an undergraduate degree in English and philosophy, minoring in religion. She completed graduate studies focusing on religious theory at Tel Aviv University, relocating following studies for military training in Israeli Defense Force. She has earned a 220 Property and Casualty License and 215 Life and Health License, as well as a Risk Manager and Insurance Counselor Designation. Additionally, she is a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist and plans to pursue a CPCU designation.
A frontrunner in her field, Ms. Herman is a member of Mensa International, International Association of Women (IAW), and the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA). A noted humanitarian, she donates to Jewish adoption and foster options.
Admired for her dedication and success, National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) recognized her as a Woman of the Year in 2011 and Educause awarded her the Community Leader Award in 2012.
Outside of work, Ms. Herman enjoys cooking, collecting wine, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and traveling where there isn’t an internet connection. She enjoys reading, especially Forbes magazine, New Yorker, Wall Street Journal, and the Insurance Journal.
Ms. Herman dedicates this recognition to Ingrid Jaffe, Robert Jaffee, Rafael Herman, Jacob Marsa, Michael Marsa, and in loving memory of Michelle Herman Goldstein. Michelle was her sister and best friend, never letting Ms. Herman settle for second best.
