Wilder G. Gleason

Wilder G. Gleason is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Pinnacle Attorney at Gleason & Associates.  

Specializing in Real Estate & Land Use Law, Mr. Gleason represents opponents of development, buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, and landlords and tenants, in leasing negotiations; and more. As a testament to his tireless efforts, Wilder has obtained approvals from local and state regulatory agencies such as Planning and Zone Commissions, Zoning Boards of Appeals, Environmental Protection Commissions, Inland Wetlands Commissions, and more.  

Throughout his education and training, Mr. Gleason received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.  

To further his professional development, Mr. Wilder is active in the Connecticut Bar Association, serving as a member of the Land Use Committee, the American Bar Association, and Fairfield County Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Gleason is an active member of Saint Luke’s Parish in Darien.
