Michele D. Bass

Michele D. Bass is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Education in acknowledgement of her role as a Career Service Placement Representative at the Advanced Career Institute.

At Advanced Career Institute Medical and Dental School, students learn the technological skills necessary to thrive in the fast paced healthcare industry. The business school has four programs: medical assistant, dental assistant, administrative assistant and secondary programs. Secondary programs are not designed to be taken individually but instead as add-ons. These include phlebotomy, EKG, and patient care technicians.

A talented educator, Ms. Bass works with students, helping them search for employment and conducting placement classes to assist in proper format of resumes and thank you letters. Before working in this role, she was an educator for ten years. She has gained these positions on account of her prestigious education, first attending Delaware Community College where she received an associate’s degree in business administration. Following this, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business education with a minor in accounting. She pursued higher education, graduating from Delaware State University with a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction in 1997.

Ms. Bass serves as a treasure bible worker and an assist clerk at her local church, Hanford House of Hope. She is charitable throughout her community, donating food and clothing for distribution at her church. She has been an active part of the Chesapeake Conference Lay Coordinator for the Adventurers, where she was chosen to write a director’s manual.

When Ms. Bass is not working, she likes to sing and cook. For future projections, Ms. Bass dreams of opening up a business called Anu-u that would help her community grow. She is also in the process of writing a book about her life experiences.
