Lawrence C. Falzon is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Law as an Attorney, Shareholder, Chairman of the Board, and Managing Partner of Wigod & Falzon, P.C.

The firm specializes in large injury cases, including cases of death, catastrophic injury, and traumatic brain injury. Mr. Falzon’s practice areas include No-Fault insurance law, motor vehicle negligence cases, and premises liability.
Practicing for thirty-nine years, Mr. Falzon is a highly-experienced litigation attorney. He practices in Michigan, having appeared before the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, and United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. In addition to his work at the firm, he is a Wayne County case evaluator and an independent arbitrator.
A graduate of the University of Detroit, Mr. Falzon attended the University for undergraduate and legal studies. During law school, he was awarded membership to the University’s Law Review for his article “Michigan No-Fault: The Rise and Fall of Socialized Negligence”. It was published in the Journal of Urban Law and then republished in multiple law journals, having been cited extensively for numerous years by the Michigan Compiled Laws Annotated.
Mr. Falzon remains aware of changes in his field through affiliations with the Michigan Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, Michigan Bar Association, and Detroit Bar Association. He is an active member of his community, donating to the Humane Society and Boys Town.
Sharing his breadth of expertise, Mr. Falzon has lectured to different groups regarding issues of No-Fault litigation and their rights to payment.
In his spare time, Mr. Falzon enjoys spending time with his son Joseph Falzon, who serves as an attorney at the firm. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit and Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.
