Julie Cox, Founding Partner is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Lifetime Achiever as a Founding Partner and Lobbyist at Capitol Information Affiliates. 
Well respected amongst the governmental sector, Capitol Information Affiliates is a Legislative Monitoring, Governmental Consulting, Lobbying, and Association Management company in Columbia, South Carolina.   
Prior to Capitol Information Affiliates, Julie was a Senior Research Analyst for the South Carolina House Ways and Means Committee and she served as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina where she taught association management. As the founding partner of Capitol Information Affiliates, Mrs. Cox  is a registered lobbyist and lobbies members of the General Assembly, the Governor’s Office and various state agencies. With over 30 years of experience in her field, Julie specialized in Direct Lobbying and Legislative Monitoring while having an extensive background in taxation, environmental issues, regulatory and judicial matters.
Throughout her education and training, Mrs. Cox graduated  from the University of South Carolina with post-graduate study  in economics.
To further her professional development, Mrs. Cox is an active member of Church of the Good Shepherd where she serves on  the Vestry, the Daughters of the King, Episcopal Church Women, the Flower Guild and the Altar Guild.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with family and gardening.
Julie dedicates this recognition to her husband, Jeff, Debbie  and Bill, and her mother Wynona. She also dedicates this to representative Brian White and Senator Shehean.
