Throughout the course of his education and training, Marsh attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he attained his Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of Political Science, International Relations, French and Economics. Later, Marsh attended the University of Wisconsin Law School where he received his Doctor of Law. Thereafter, Marsh attended the Institute for Higher National Defense Studies Auditor where he specialized in Geopolitics. To further his professional development, Marsh is the Vice President of AFJE (French Corporate Counsel Association). In addition, Marsh is an affiliate of several elite organizations including the President European Company Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and the NY Bar Association.
