Sue King has been selected by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Realtor in the field of Residential Real Estate in recognition of her role as a Realtor at Greater Orlando Realty USA Inc.

Distinguished among her peers, Sue King is a real estate professional based in Central Florida and serves the residential market with Greater Orlando Realty. With 20 years of real estate experience, Sue has described herself as a “generalist” who loves working with both buyers and sellers. In addition she has had extensive experience working with relocating families from across the country.

Sue received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida specializing in Human Resource Management. She stated that her degree has been particularly helpful in managing real estate transactions over the years. In 1999 Sue studied real estate at a University in Dallas in preparation her for a career in real estate. She was a Realtor with Ebby Halliday Realtors in Dallas for 3 years and then returned to Central FL in 2002. Once eligible, Sue took the courses necessary to receive her designation as a GRI. Earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth market knowledge, increased proficiency in a broad array of subjects to enhance professionalism and business success.

Sue’s memberships include the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Sue has been a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and she has been a member of the Orlando Chamber of Commerce for the past 12 years. She is currently serving as the leader of The Professional Alliance Group sponsored by the Chamber.

As to her professional achievements, Sue is Gold Key Certified, a Greater Orlando Realty Diamond Award winner, and has been a winner of the Five Star Customer Service Award for the past

5 years. Sue was recently awarded the Orlando Chamber of Commerce Member of the Month award in recognition of her support and participation during the past twelve years.
