A seasoned professional with over twelve years of legal experience, Kristina S. Lyke is revered for her remarkable contributions to the profession. Throughout her illustrious career, Kristina has attained experience in the areas of family and criminal law. As a reputable attorney, Kristina has offered litigation services in the areas of divorces, child custody, criminal cases, referee hearings, mediation and trial. Inspired at a young age to become an attorney, Kristina has been invited as a speaker at Eastern Michigan University for two Symposiums regarding papers that were written in political science, a speaker at Thomas Cooley Law School in reference

to the Michigan Bar preparation class, and a visiting Professor at

Thomas Cooley Law School for domestic relations to prepare students for the bar.

Having earned an international certificate from San Diego Law School, Kristina obtained her degree in Political Science from Eastern Michigan University, where she received the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Fraternity Award. Thereafter, Kristina would go on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a concentration in International Law and Litigation with 40 hours of mediation training.

Charitable to various organizations, Kristina advocates and helps the military veterans. She purchases Christmas gifts for the children at Sparrow Hospital and her firm sponsors the McClaren Hospital Gala.

In recognition of her many professional accolades, in 2011, Kristina was honored with the Ingham Bar Association Young Lawyers Award in recognition of her exemplary legal scholarship, community service and advancement in the legal profession. She has received Top Attorney awards for criminal and family law

for 2016 and 2017.

Every Thursday afternoon, Kristina has a radio segment called Legal Beagle on 730 AM. She provides guidance to the community by discussing “hot topics” in the law.

Kristina dedicates this recognition to her parents Nancy and Roger Lyke. She also dedicates this to her mentors, Judge Hugh Clarke and Professor Ron Bretz. Additionally, this recognition is dedicated in memoriam of Jeff Zoeller.
