Dr. David A. Gooray, MD, F.ACC

Dr. David A. Gooray, M.D., F.A.C.C. is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Lifetime Achiever in Cardiology with over three decades of experience in the field of Medicine. 
Based in Largo, Maryland and extending to Washington, D.C, in his current capacity Dr. Gooray has worked with several local hospitals and is currently serving as a distinguished cardiologist  in his own private practice. Currently, Dr. Gooray maintains affiliations with Doctor’s Community Hospital, Prince George’s Hospital Center in Maryland, as well as Washington Adventist Hospital in Washington, D.C.
With over thirty years of experience under his belt, Dr. David A. Gooray is revered for his outstanding contributions to the medical industry. Throughout his career, Dr. Gooray has attained extensive expertise in the areas of cardiovascular disease, adult cardiology and internal medicine. Board Certified in internal medicine, Dr. Gooray holds state medical licenses in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
In an effort to further enhance his professional development,  Dr. Gooray is an elite member of several organizations including the American College of Cardiology, of which he is a Fellow. 
A prominent author, Dr. Gooray has co-written several works published in medical journals, including the Journal of the National Medical Association in 1986, and Clinical Chemist  in 1978. 
Early in his career, Dr. Gooray attained his Medical Doctor degree from Howard University College of Medicine in 1980 before going on to complete his medical education at the District of Columbia General Hospital. Thereafter, Dr. Gooray would complete his residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease.
