Starla Hadlock Allen, BCO, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Medicine for her work as an Ocularist at the Eye Concern, Inc.

The Eye Concern is a family-operated ocularistry practice located on the border of Mesa and Tempe in Arizona, providing superlative ocular prosthetics that have the appearance of “living tissue”. Patients have acclaimed the results of their prosthetics, remarking how the office has cutting-edge technology and how the staff at office explained procedures thoroughly.

A distinguished professional, Ms. Hadlock-Allen has successfully completed the Health Care Quality and Management Certification, which demonstrates her superior ability to perform analysis, review, case management, and other areas of health care administration. Having seventeen years of experience in the field, she is an expert at custom made prosthetic eyes, delivering personalized services to each patient.

In light of academic accomplishments, Ms. Hadlock-Allen earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Management and Youth Leadership from Brigham Young University. After graduation, she moved to Taiwan to teach English as a second language. In 2007, she completed a five year internship her father John L. Hadlock, a distinguished ocularist.

Advancing her professional career, Ms. Hadlock-Allen is a Member of the American Society of Ocularists. She is generous and kindhearted, providing food to starving children and participating in community outreach through her local church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Ms. Hadlock Allen's father has been her mentor. He has been the source of her inspiration, owning and operating a private ocular prosthetics practice
