Founded in 1988, Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation Inc. services Northern California in contract rehabilitation services. Originally a speech-language pathologist, Ms. Capela’s keen entrepreneurial eye noticed a need in the market for a progressive therapeutic approach to rehabilitation services. Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation Inc. cares for over 100 customers within a six-state region, enhancing their quality of life through proactive interactions and tenacious commitment. Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation Inc.’s motto is “Where Rehab is a Team Sport”, showcasing their close collaboration between their healthcare professionals and clients.

Ms. Capela began her education at the Universiaty of Arkansas at Little Rock where she received her Bachelor’s of Applied Sciences (Communications Sciences and Disorders). She then went on to pursue a Master’s of Science in Communicative Disorders and Speech Language Pathology at George Washington University. Ms. Capela began working in the healthcare field immediately after completion of her Master’s of Science and currently has 30 years of experience possessing expertise in leadership, and communication.

With a philosophy of “Win and Learn, Never Lose”, Ms. Capela’s approach to the rehabilitation field has earned her the esteemed honor of being named Entrepreneur of the Year, Silicon Valley. In addition to Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation Inc., Ms. Capela is affiliated with the American Healthcare Association, Y.P.O., Charitable to the Austin Humane Society and the Austin Children’s Society
