Jose Paul Loor, DPM, MBA, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Medicine as a Podiatrist, Founder, and CEO at DeLoor Podiatry.

Dr. Loor is one of New York’s leading podiatrists and one of the best-trained foot and ankle specialists in the U.S. As a bilingual doctor, he offers services in English and Spanish. An expert of all aspects of podiatry and foot trauma surgeries, he treats most conditions including ankle and foot trauma, bunions, foot cellulitis, fungal nails, hallux rigidus, hammertoe, ingrown toenails, lisfranc fractures, neuromas, plantar warts, plantar fasciitis, spider veins, and tendonitis. He utilizes various treatments such as stem cell injections, radiofrequency surgery, TenJet Patient Animation, Storz shockwave therapy treatment (radial and focused), plantar plate repair, plasma rich platelet injections, , arthroscopy ligament reconstruction, and bone stimulators.

Leading a remarkable career, Dr. Loor has ten years’ experience. He currently serves as a captain in the 4220th unit of the US Army Medical Reserves Corps. His military experience has provided him a unique specialty, having been involved in extensive limb salvage procedures and revolutionary innovations in medical equipment, including casts and boots.

The recipient of multiple degrees, Dr. Loor received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in natural sciences from Fordham University, one of the top one-hundred colleges in the U.S. Transitioning to the number one podiatry school, New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he received a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and completed a three-year podiatric residency. He then completed an advanced imaging fellowship at Lenox Hill Radiology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Adelphi University. He is board certified, holding licensures in NY, NJ, PA, CT, FL, and Ontario.

A highly respected voice in his areas of expertise, Dr. Loor is a member of the AO Foundation, AO Trauma, American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management (AAPPM), American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine (ACFAOM), Association of Military Surgeons of the United States (AMSUS), New York Academy of Medicine (NYAM), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). A diplomat of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners (APMLE) and American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPMED), he is one of the youngest podiatrists to become a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics & Medicine (ACFAS).

On top of these accomplishments, Dr. Loor has presented at conferences nationally and internationally. On account of his innovative hammer toe procedure, he received Latin stars. Dr. Loor dedicates this recognition to Nicholas Angerakis, DPM, Michael Trepal, DPM, and Andrew Sands, MD.
