Frank J. Hatajack, RRT-NPS

Frank J. Hatajack, RRT-NPS, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever for the accomplishments he has amassed as a Retired Respiratory Therapist and Deep Sea Diver.

Backed by 20 years of experience, Mr. Hatajack was one of the leading respiratory therapists in Louisiana. He offered hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), which is used to speed up the healing for decompression sickness and serious infections. In addition to this role, he served as a deep sea welder for major oil companies.

An honorable man, Mr. Hatajack served four years in the U.S. Navy. A top hyperbaric welder, he is a Vietnam Veteran, who had achieved the rank of 2nd Class Petty Officer.

In recognition of academic achievements, Mr. Hatajack attended Michigan Tech University for a Bachelor of Science degree in geological engineering. Then, he attended Divers Institute of Technology for an Associate of Science degree in respiratory care and biomedical equipment technician. He went on to earn certifications as a Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty (NPS), Respiratory Therapy (RPT), and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

Mr. Hatajack dedicates this recognition in loving memory of his mother Helen Hatajack and to his former Scoutmaster John Francavillo, who wrote the Godfather’s Boy Scout Memories.
