Acclaimed dentist Dr. Allen has garnered 19 years of vast knowledge and professional experience specializing in cosmetics, general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, full mouth restorations, and botox. She is the owner of Amazing Smiles PLLC, with 2 locations – Sugar Land and a Houston office, located inside the Church of Bethels Place Empowerment Center. Situated at 14090 Southwest Hwy. Sugar Land, TX 77478, and 12660 Sandpiper DriveHouston, TX 77035, the dental office is dedicated to providing the highest standard of patient-centered dental care. Dr. Allen is revered for her compassionate approach to treating all of her patients.
To prepare for her career, Dr. Allen studied Biology at the University of Houston, and soon thereafter, she also earned a degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Allen’s passion for dentistry led her to enroll in dental school. In 1995, Dr. Allen graduated from the Howard University College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Remaining abreast of the latest dental advancements, Dr. Allen has maintained active memberships with professional organizations including the Association of Woman Dentists and Fast Braces University. She is also a proud member of Delta Phi Sigma Dental Sorority. As an active member of her local community, Dr. Allen has also been proud to give back abroad. She has been on several mission trips to Africa, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic where she provides dental treatment for women, men, and children. She also donates supplies for the mission trip when she wasn’t able to go.
In light of her professional success, Dr. Allen has been listed in the Top 10 Female Dentists in Houston, Top 30 Entrepreneurs, and Most Valuable Pearl.
When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Allen enjoys reading, shopping, biking in her spare time.
