Louise A. Elliott is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Coaching and Consulting. Louise is the Founder of Career Power Shift LLC. Career Power Shift offers coaching services for people that are successful and have yet to reach their fullest potential. They help clients target their inner selves, spark their power, and build on what they already have deep within. The coaches give guidance to build structure, accountability, and the support necessary to ensure sustained commitment to achieve goals and utmost potential. With over two decades of experience of professionally managing, coaching and mentoring, Louise specializes in career coaching and training, public and motivational speaking, personal growth, leadership, and more.

In addition to her position as Founder of Career Power Shift, Louise is a Certified Career Coach and is a Coach, Trainer, and Speaker for The Deeper Path and the John Maxwell Team as well. Louise strives to help each of her clients reach their maximum potential, and she is extremely passionate and dedicated to empowering both individuals and corporate  teams to overcome their self-constricting and self- limiting obstacles through her strategic planning and goal setting skills. Furthermore, Louise is a member of the National   Association of Professional Women, and enjoys watercolor painting and photography in her spare time.  Throughout the course of her educational career, Louise earned a BS in Management Information Systems from Ohio University.
