Stacy A. In her current position, Stacy primarily assists the attorneys litigating cases involving mortgage abuse/predatory lending, consumer fraud, product liability, employee rights and benefits, and securities fraud. She specializes in legal research, preparing discovery, and drafting pleadings. She is a member of the National Notary Association, the American Association of Notaries, the National Association of Legal Assistants – Paralegals, the Maricopa County Bar Association - Paralegal Division, and the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recognized as a NAPW Woman of the Year for 2013/2014. In addition, Stacy enjoys serving her community through charitable organizations such as the Order of Eastern Star, Job's Daughters International, Girl Scouts of America, the American Heart Association, and the American Diabetes Association.
She also participates in the annual "Scottsdale Lock-Up" benefiting the Muscular Dystrophy Association and volunteers at quarterly legal clinics sponsored by the Arizona Disabled Veteran Foundation and Arizona Disabled American Veterans which provide legal assistance to veterans and their families. Outside of work, Stacy delights in helping others self-publish their own books by proofreading, formatting, and designing book covers for them. She also enjoys spending time with her daughters, browsing unique creations at local craft shows and reading the latest mystery/suspense novels. Stacy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University and earned her post-graduate Paralegal Certificate from the Arizona Paralegal Training Program. In 2007, she fulfilled the requirements to obtain Certified Paralegal (C.P.) status.
