Janet M. Glenn

Janet M. Glenn is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field  of Engineering Consulting. Janet is the President  of Glinyani Consulting, Drafting and Design, LLC. Glinyani Consulting, Drafting and Design, LLC is a freelance consulting company that takes back of the envelope designs and develops it into a real project/prototype or taking  existing design and modifying them to fit into new housings.

Using SolidWorks to draft designs and when requested  to perform structural, vibrational, thermal, or optical analysis. Janet founded the company in February 2013, and she strives to bring her clients’ ideas to life. In order to do so, she works closely with the design and integration of structural  components, static load analysis, solidworks, finite element analysis, labview, engineering, materials selection,  3D printing, and more. Glinyani Consulting, Drafting  and Design, LLC recently purchased the first filament 3D printer from another local Montana Company 3D-Helix, where Janet can hone her skills in the creation of working models and prototypes.

With a strong background in laboratory science and research testing, Janet received the Top Candidates Young Careerist award, and is a member of both the Material Science  Association and the National Association of Professional Women. In her free time, Janet loves being in the outdoors, and she enjoys making gluten-free wedding cakes, tango dancing, and playing with her dog in the mountains.  She earned a Master of Science degree in Materials  Science and Engineering from the University of Arizona, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree Mechanical  Engineering from Montana State University.
