She is a member of N.A.C.E., the National Association  of Bridal Consultants and the National Association  of Professional Women. Additionally, Johanna is charitable towards charities such as Wish Upon a Wedding, Amnesty International, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  In her time outside of work, she enjoys golf and travel. Throughout the course of her education and training, Johanna received a BS in Hospitality from Fitchburg State University.
