Program Director with Medtronic. Medtronic is the world’s largest medical technology company where their mission is to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. Medtronic has global presence that extends to over 140 countries, and with that said, they have a thorough knowledge and understanding of challenges in universal healthcare.
As Program Director, Lucy is responsible for engineering research systems for first in man clinical use, fostering innovation, program supervision, and project management. In addition to her position with Medtronic, Lucy is the President and Co-Founder of Zetwal ,Mission Outreach, which is a non-profit organization that provides healthcare and educational services in Haiti, Africa and the US.
Moreover, Lucy is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, I.E.E.E., Trust Women in Healthcare, Life Science Alley. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking, and gardening. Lucy is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do as well. Throughout the course of her educational career, she earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Minnesota.
