Gail R. Kulas is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional as a result of her dual role as Senior Manager of Business Excellence with LEGO and Adjunct Professor at Bay Path University.
A seasoned professional with over three decades of experience, Gail’s areas of concentration include business strategy, strategic project identification and execution, process improvement, project management, and capacity improvement as well as the coaching and development of team members and problem solving solutions. In addition to her position at LEGO, Gail is an adjunct professor at Bay Path University where she teaches the following courses: Dynamics in Management, Personal Strategy, Business Strategy and International Business.
Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Gail maintains affiliation with the National Association of Professional Women where she was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, travel and reading. Gail earned all of her degrees from Bay Path University. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices, a Master of Science in Communications and Information Management and a Bachelor of Science in Executive Management.
