Lorna D. Sikorski, M.A., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Consulting. Lorna 
is the President of LDS and Associates, LLC.
Founded in 1987, LDS and Associates goal is to establish communication programs for foreign born professionals. In order to improve their written and verbal skills, LDS designs and implements executive training sessions to improve communication through training solutions and seminars. A seasoned speech pathologist, Lorna’s areas of expertise include advanced ESL for the workplace, designing lesson plans, global tutoring, program management, leadership development, team building, online learning and more. In addition to her responsibilities at LDS, Lorna is a trainer for foreign born adults in a multitude of settings where she offers her practical acumen to the marketing portions of her workshops. She has written and co-authored several publications and taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in phonology as well.
A member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, TESOL International Association and the National Association of Professional Women, she was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year. Throughout the course of her education and training, Lorna graduated from California State University at Long Beach with a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
