Nancy S. Lynn is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Communications as a result of her role as Founder and Executive Coach of The Polished Professional.
A seasoned communications professional, Nancy has over fifteen years of industry experience specializing in executive coaching and training, consulting and more. Her areas of concentration include visual, verbal/non-verbal; virtual communication, program development, leadership development and workshop facilitation. The recipient of the Volunteer Award from Governor Christie, Nancy is a member of the National Speakers Association and the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recognized as a VIP Woman of the Year for her accomplishments and successes.
Outside of work, she enjoys yoga and fitness, gardening, and tennis. Nancy can be found donating her time and charity to organizations including the Millburn Municipal Alliance Committee, Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges and Dress for Success.
