Karla E. Jensen, CCP, SPHR, M.B.A., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Higher Education.
Karla is a Lecturer at Brandman University. Established in 1958, Brandman University offers undergraduate and graduate degrees, certificates, and teaching credentials as well as continued education online programs and at local campuses in both California and Washington. Currently, Karla’s areas of expertise include: higher education, adult learning, human resources management, and organizational leadership. In addition to working at Brandman University, Karla also teaches at Napa Valley Adult School and Sonoma State University. A member of the National Association of Professional Women, Karla was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her successes in education. Moreover, Karla maintains affiliation with the American Association of University Women, Sonoma State Alumni Association, Society for Human Resources Management, WorldatWork Society, Go Committee, and is the President of the Napa Valley Home Owners Association. Aside from the demands of work, she enjoys card making, camping, jewelry and travel.
Karla can also be found donating her charity to the We Care animal shelter. Throughout the course of her educational career, Karla earned an Associate’s degree from Allen Hancock College as well as both her Master of Business Administration and undergraduate degree in History from Sonoma State University. She is currently enrolled in Brandman University’s Educational Doctorate program, and holds certifications as a Compensational Professional and a Senior Human Resources Professional.
