Brent Willey

 Brent Willey is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as an Outstanding Professional in the field of Oil and Gas as a result of his role as Owner and President of Coyote North, Ltd. Coyote North Ltd. is a Combustion Technology and Service Provider based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. Since 2010 they have specialized in the design, construction, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of combustion equipment. With the Philosophy of “changing the status quo within the industry” Coyote North and its employees have operated with a mantra of “Quality People, Quality Service, and Quality Products”. Leading the way to this goal is Owner and President Brent Willey who supplies over 18 years of experience as a burner management specialist, as well as his vast knowledge of combustion technology and analysis, construction, manufacturing, and project management for both General Combustion and Thermal Oxidation. In addition Brent has gained extensive experience both domestically and internationally during his past work as a Combustion Technician for Profire Energy as well as the Operations Manager for Questor Technology where he has completed projects throughout China, Thailand, Indonesia, Italy, Cuba, Canada, and the United States.

 Coyote North has utilized the over 30 years of experience of its employee to develop extensive training programs, rarely seen in the industry, to ensure that all technicians have an extensive knowledge of the installation, operation, and maintenance of Burner Management Systems, heaters, burners, and Thermal Oxidizers. These training programs also extend to safety practices to properly analyze and reduce risk. Brent continually works with leaders of the industry to ensure Coyote North is at the leading edge of innovation, new technology, ands the latest in regulations and safety code. This is certainly the case with the newly enforced regulations about using CSA approved B149.3 fuel trains like those installed on all of Coyote North’s upgrade projects. The same regulations that are also checked during Coyote North’s extensive preventative maintenance program that services hundreds of units each year. Coyote North’s commitment to innovation is also clearly seen in its Thermal Oxidizers which use Multifarious Combustion Burners to give them distinct advantages versus other “vortex” style units. By utilizing both primary and secondary air Coyote North’s Thermal Oxidizer achieves a cleaner and more efficient burn than competitors.

 The units also provide independent, self-monitoring H2S/LEL Monitoring Equipment making the systems safer, more reliable, and more serviceable, all while using state-of-theart Burn Management Systems that provide optimum pilot ignition, flame recognition, and stack top temperature monitoring from one device to maintain ease of use. Each of Coyote North’s Thermal Oxidizers are custom engineered for each project and can be designed to handle volumes from twenty thousand to twenty million scf per day. They can also be utilized within environmentally sensitive areas. Brent has recently opened a new office and manufacturing operation in Enid, OK, expanding the business into the United States and better serving clients in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, and California.
