 Elaine M. Dionne is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Government Administration as a result of her role as Accountant with Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government partners with the community to provide a safe and secure environment, excellent customer service, a vibrant organization, and economic opportunity empowering all to thrive. Elaine has nearly thirty years of experience in accounting. In her current position, Elaine’s expertise is in government revenue accounting, and she specializes in aspects including financial accounting, system administration, account reconciliation, internal audit, and more. She was mentored by Maureen Walls and Beverley Lord, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women. Furthermore, Elaine is charitable towards organizations such as the Salvation Army, United Way, and Angel Tree, and is also active with her local church. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her friends and family. Her favorite vacation destinations are Ireland and Quebec City.
