Frances R. Pisko

 Frances R. Pisko is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Holistic Healthcare as a result of her role as Owner of Walden Pond Craniosacral Therapy.

Starting her career in 1991 as a certified nurse aide, Fran became interested in holistic health and massage therapy after her husband suffered with a head injury. After his first craniosacral therapy session, her husband finally experienced the relief he was seeking and urged her to do the same, peaking her interest to learn more about holistic care. Since then, Fran has taken classes in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute and has become a Licensed Massage Therapist and is presently becoming certified in Zero Balancing. Fran specializes in craniosacral therapy, therapeutic and a variety of massage modalities, zero balancing, wellness coaching with Victory Nutritional International supplements, Herbal remedies and Young Living Essential Oils. Fran also works at the Scranton Jewish Community Center in their Cancer wellness program as their massage therapist.

 

Furthermore, Fran is both a member and the Chair for the Northeastern Unit of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recognized as an NAPW VIP Women of the Year. Her favorite charities are the Keystone Rescue Mission Alliance, Individual Abilities in motion (I AM) for people with spinal cord injuries and the PA State Police Narcotic Agency.
