Kathleen A. Estabrook is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Health and Wellness.
Kathleen is the Founder of Lotus Unfolding and Wellness Education. A seasoned professional with over thirty five years of experience, Kathleen’s areas of concentration include alternative health methods, nutritional counseling, holistic health instruction and Qigong meditation. Maintaining affiliation with the National Association of Professional Women, Kathleen was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year in 2013. In addition, she is involved with a Buddhist meditation center and the San Diego Brain Injury Foundation.
Outside of work, she enjoys writing, gardening, as well as Buddhist meditation and teaching Qigong. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree in Holistic Psychology from the University for Humanistic Studies in San Diego and a lifetime California teaching credential. Looking into the future, Kathleen hopes to begin writing more, and to teach and mentor others in holistic self-care by guiding their growth toward radical health and transformation. She is truly passionate about inspiring others and creating optimal health and wellness in their lives. Kathleen loves sharing these transformational journeys with her clients.
