By combining these principles, BMC helps businesses with any and all of their IT solutions. A seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the industry, Ellen is a ITIL v3 expert working closely in the areas of IT service management, pre-sales, sales events, event management, process improvement, enablement, mentoring and more. To keep up with the latest advancements in the industry, Ellen maintains affiliation with Women in Technology and the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year.
Outside of work, she enjoys travel, kayaking, golf and reading. Additionally, Ellen is passionate towards Alzheimer’s research organizations and wildlife protection.
