Regina Lee Manuel is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Manufacturing as a 
result of her role as Owner of Jim Manuel Iron Works. Founded in 1977, Jim Manuel Iron Works started as a one man metal shop and throughout the years, has evolved into a full service manufacturing and metal fabrication company catering to all of your welding needs.
Regina has carried out her late husband’s legacy by building the business to different levels. Regina currently has two decades of technical experience and a subject matter expert in global project leadership. Her areas of expertise include: leading cross-cultural teams, researching, designing, and deploying complex enterprise integration solutions. Specializing in leading delivery teams and delivering excellence to clients, Regina is client focused with professional and extensive leadership that encompass not only technical infrastructure but focuses on future business requirements and technological developments.
A member of the National Association of Professional Women, Regina was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year. She is also a MOBE Platinum Affiliate and outside of work, enjoys spending time with friends and family, travel, reading and cooking. Heavily educated in her profession, Regina earned both her Ed.D. in Technical Educational Leadership and Master of Arts in Information Technology from Appalachian State University in addition to her BSBA in Management and Organizational Development from Mount Olive College.
