Kristin Heisig Pennypacker

Kristin Heisig Pennypacker is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Business Development as a result of her role as Vice President, Proposal and Capture Management of Planned Systems International. Since its inception in 1988, Planned Systems International has broadened their horizons to offer information technology services and solutions across a complete spectrum of health IT needs. PSI provides assistance in the areas of: cyber solutions, information technology services, management improvement, and health solutions. In her current capacity, Kristin specializes in business and career development, competitive intelligence and assessment, proposal management, process improvement and more. Her responsibilities include strategic leadership and coaching for capture and proposal efforts, consulting, and working with senior managers and staff on all aspects of a procurement. A member of AFECA, HIMSS, APMP and the National Association of Professional Women, Kristin was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of The Year. Outside of work, she enjoys travel and organic gardening. In her spare time, she can be found donating her charity to organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project. Kristin graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems in addition to her undergraduate degree in History from Northwestern University.
