Mashell D. Carissimi is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Contracting. Mashell is the CEO and Owner and JMC Electrical Contractor, LLC. Founded in 2010 by Mashell, JMC Electrical Contractor is an electrical contracting firm based in Southeast Michigan. Now, the business has grown to extend their services to the entire state of Michigan. In her current position, Mashell is responsible for the following: accounts payable, business relations, budgets, customer service, human resource management, forecasting, leadership and mentoring.

A member of the National Association of Professional Women, Mashell was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of The Year for her successes. Additionally, she maintains affiliation with NFIB, ASHE, NECA, NAWIC and NAWBO. Outside of work, Mashell enjoys reading and traveling and can be found donating her charity to organizations towards educational and female empowerment. Furthermore, Mashell attained her degrees from Baker College. She holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Human Resource Management and Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
