Delores Gordon-Conway is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Consulting. Delores is the Principal Consultant with CIG. Recognized across the globe as a leader in behavior-based strategy execution and performance consulting, CIG has expanded to become one of the largest behavior-based management consulting firms in the world since its inception in 1993.

An accomplished professional utilizing over 25 years of experience in an array of industries, Delores works closely in the areas of leadership consulting, performance improvement, performance management, change management, process improvement, strategy, team facilitation and more.

Recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of The Year, Delores maintains affiliation with the Center for Creative Leadership, Elliott Maise’s Learning Consortium and the Amyliodosis Foundation. She is also an esteemed member of the eWomen Network and was recognized by the Premier Women’s Business Network in North America. Moreover, Delores holds certifications in the following: Change Leadership Principles, Leadership Coaching, Six Sigma Executive Level Principles, Benchmarks 360 Degree Assessment and as a Master Coach. In addition to her consulting work, Delores also finds time to write. She is a contributing author of “The Behavior Breakthrough: Leading Your Organization to a New Competitive Advantage.” Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and reading. Delores can be found donating her charity to organizations including breast cancer awareness.
