Denise Orr, MBA, BSEE, BSMCS

Denise Orr, M.B.A., B.S.E.E., B.S.M.C.S., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Engineering as a result of her role as Engineering Quality Consultant with The Productivity Team.

The Productivity Team is a conventional engineering service and training firm delivering cutting-edge lean implementation strategies for companies of all sizes at any stage. With a focus on rapid execution and strategy, the staff at the Productivity Team will not disappoint. When it comes to her career, Denise’s biggest inspiration is her mother-in-law. Her mother-in-law worked for Boeing as an engineering aide in the time the field was mainly dominated by males, and her actions have greatly inspired both Denise and her daughter.

Denise is a member of the Empowering Women’s Network and the National Association of Professional Women where she was recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year. In her previous position with Navistar, she was the head of the women’s leadership team. Throughout the course of her educational career, Denise received her MBA in International Marketing from Wayne State University, and she graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a BS Electrical Engineering.
