Lance Burdett

 Lance Burdett is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Management Consulting as a result of his role as Consultant and Coach with WARN International. WARN is an acronym standing for wellness, awareness, resilience, and negotiation. With that being said, WARN offers consultancy and coaching services in all aspects to help manage challenging situations to support personal resilience. Their coaching courses and presentations are tailored to the needs of any organization seeking executive assistance. Throughout the course of his illustrious thirty year career, Lance has held positions as a police crisis negotiator and worked in the police emergency call center where he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.

In his current capacity, Lance works closely in the areas of consulting and coaching, crisis communications, crisis
management, negotiations, security management and training, executive protection, conflict resolution and more. Lance is the New Zealand Director of the International Association of Hostage Negotiators and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, Contact Centre Institute of New Zealand, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Additionally, he has authored several e-books and is currently in the process of writing a book.

Heavily educated in his area of work, Lance holds a Master of Arts in Terrorism, Safety and Security from Charles Sturt University. He earned a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University in addition to a diploma in Policing from Royal New Zealand Police College.
