Irina Vialykh

Irina Vialykh is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Food and Beverage Services. Irina is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of A&M Gourmet Foods Inc. Manufacturing branded, private label and food service products, A&M Gourmet Foods offers a large product line complete with the best, most delicious foods coming from the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. A female owned company, A&M Gourmet Foods is also growing in the import/export of sunflower oil from Europe to USA and Canada. Irina supplies major retailers, industrial and food service accounts with high quality expeller pressed, non-GMO, Kosher sunflower oil in bulk and bottles. In 2014, her facility in Toronto achieved Kosher certification for the oil line of business. Providing two separate menus, the “Authentic menu” is the new brand for retail businesses, and the “Creative menu” is the brand for food service products. Additionally, A&M Gourmet Foods also provides custom manufacturing and co-packing services for both Canadian and US business partners. Food safety and quality is the highest priority for A&M Gourmet Foods, and Irina personally underwent HACCP training to become a Certified SQF Practitioner. Since 2011, A&M Gourmet Foods has been recognized as a SQF Certified facility with highest rating audited yearly by SAIGLOBAL.

In this capacity, Irina garners fifteen years of experience in the food industry with four years in her current position. As Owner and CEO, she works closely in the areas of new business development, product development and launch, leadership, sales, marketing strategy, accounting and finances. Innovation is the cornerstone for growth and Irina places strong focus on the product development with new formulations, formats and flavors to meet customer’s demand and latest trends. Heavily trained and educated in her industry, Irina holds two Bachelor’s degrees. She received her BS in Accounting and Finance from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and a BS in Electromechanical Engineering from university in Russia, which was later approved by the University of Toronto. She holds an additional Programmer Analyst diploma in Computer Programming from CDI College Toronto. Success does not happen immediately.
