Sara L. Mosher

 Sara L. Mosher, R.N., B.S.N., MHA, is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Healthcare. Sara is the Owner of Patient and Family Care, LLC. Patient and Family Care works with organizations, units and caregivers to create the best possible outcome for every family with a child and family member in the NICU. As Owner, Sara is dedicated to making her clients feel like they are truly cared about and gives them the one-on-one attention they need, especially new and first time mothers. A registered nurse, Sara works closely in the areas of neonatal nursing, pediatrics, nursing education, healthcare management, patient care, care coordination, consulting, program development, leadership, EMR, public speaking and more.

 The 2015 Recipient of the Lloydena Grimes Nursing Excellence Award, Sara maintains affiliation with the National Association of Neonatal Nurses and the National Association of Professional Women where she was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of The Year in 2014. Additionally, Sara has been honored with the Leading Practice Award from the March of Dimes in 2012, was recognized as the Oregon Pediatric Nurse of The Year in 2011, the Oregon Community Health Nurse of the Year in 2014 and St. Charles Caregiver of The Month in 2009. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing, photography and spending time with her children. She also has served on the March of Dimes NICU Family Support National Training Faculty, the March of Dimes Community Board and now donates time to the Ronald McDonald House as a member of the Board of Directors.

Throughout the course of her education and training, Sara graduated from Linfield College with her RN certification and BSN degree.
