Leslie Carol Bender

 Leslie Carol Bender is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Law as a result of her role as General Counsel and VP, Risk Management with ARS National Services. For the past two decades, ARS has been a proven leader in the industry of receivable management. Since its inception, the staff at ARS has been working with individuals to help them find workable repayment solutions.

A seasoned legal professional, Leslie’s areas of concentration include compliance, commercial litigation, dispute resolution, risk management, government and regulatory relations, mediation and more. Leslie has been with ARS for the past year and a half, however she has dedicated her service to both public and private clients including hospitals, financial institutions and community service on non- profit boards for over thirty years. The Past President and a Board Member of ACA International, Leslie maintains affiliation with the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Association of Corporate Counsels and the International American Health Lawyers Association as well as the American, Maryland and District of Columbia Bar Associations.

 Aside from the demands of work, she enjoys dog training, hiking and running. Reflecting on her collegiate years, Leslie graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree in addition to her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Northwestern University.
