Uwe Stiefel is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Hospitality as a result of his role as Corporate Executive Chef with P & O Cruise Lines/Carnival Australia.

A seasoned chef with over thirty years of experience, Uwe is responsible for the oversight of the entire fleet, food purchasing, menu planning, cooking and execution, cost and labor control, recipes, management, client satisfaction and more.

 

Throughout the course of his illustrious hospitality career, Uwe earned a Master Chef degree and apprenticed under German Master Chefs for three years before going off on his own.
