A Certified Financial Planner, Jasmina is an esteemed finance professional specializing in the areas of financial planning and wealth management. Customer service and satisfaction is key in the industry, and Jasmina maintains close relations with her clients as they trust her with the management of their valuable, hard- earned capital. With over three decades of experience as a corporate securities attorney, Jasmina specializes in asset management, corporate and estate law, insurance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and more. The recipient of the VIP Woman of The Year distinction by the National Association of Professional Women, Jasmina is an esteemed member of the Financial Planning Association, California Bar Association, Trust and Estates Section and the Orange County Bar Association. In addition to her busy schedule, Jasmina finds the time to partake in various charities and organizational efforts. She currently is on the Board of Directors for International Orthodox Christian Charities and the Board of Trustees for Assumption College.

Throughout the course of her collegiate career, she received her J.D., from the University of Wisconsin Law School as well as her Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
